Due to flooding, the box office is now open for walk-up business in Suite 107 in the south building of the Lindquist Center, at the corner of Madison and Burlington streets. Parking is available in the metered lot by the University main library on Madison, or in the Old Capitol Town Center parking ramp off of Clinton St. Click for map and building information here.

Allow plenty of time
As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, we cannot immediately seat patrons who arrive after the beginning of the performance. Latecomers are admitted to an observation booth and are seated in the auditorium at an appropriate break in the performance.Have a change of plans?
If you must miss a performance, you may return your tickets at least 24 hours before curtain time. Although we cannot make refunds, we are happy to exchange your tickets for another date of the same event, if there is more than one performance. If such an exchange is not possible, the value of the returned tickets will be acknowledged by the University of Iowa Foundation as a tax-deductible contribution.Parents should use their discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for their children. All children aged one year and older must have a ticket.
