HANDLING CHARGES
Handling charges are applied to ticket orders based on the ordering method.
• New orders placed in person at the box office, no handling charges
• By phone, $3 per order and $1.50 per ticket
• Online, $3 per order and $2.50 per ticket
• By mail with season order form, a flat fee of $10 for Hancher and $5 for UI Theatres
There are no additional charges for mailing tickets.
Discounts
Order three or more events and save!
This season, when you purchase three or more events, you’ll save 15% on all Group One events. Group Two event—Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra—counts toward your three events but will not be discounted. Please note that the multiple event discount is NOT available online
Groups of 20 or more can purchase discounted tickets to most Hancher events. Call the box office at 319-335-1160 to reserve tickets for your group today.
