In a mashed-up digital age swirling with samples, inquiries into ownership, and battles over authenticity, the dancers of Lucky Plush are striving to make a wholly original statement—
by literally borrowing from other work. An intimate and innovative night of contemporary dance will unfold on the Space Place stage as the troupe performs its evocative dance theatre piece, Punk Yankees—a vivacious work that interrogates the issue of modern intellectual property.
